Patrick Ryan of the Village of Homewood has served as Batista Group vice president in Lombard, Illinois, over the past 7 years. His independent contracting services include property rehabilitation, remodeling, transportation, and landscaping. A certified arborist, Patrick Ryan also helps resolve environmental concerns and has overseen work on a diversity of brownsites.

Mr. Ryan is experienced in the principles of bioremediation, and has served as a representative for homeowner groups in activities before building and environmental commissions and agencies at the municipal and state levels.

Mr. Ryan previously engaged with the City of Hyattsville in Maryland as public works director, and oversaw the efforts of more than two dozen crew members in maintaining village infrastructure. He guided repair and maintenance associated with roadways and storm water collection and sewage systems, as well as fleet and vehicle maintenance. Undertaking regular safety inspections, he also ensured that equipment and systems were fully compliant with state, local, and federal standards.
